You may want to link to that newsletter. It's great, comes monthly, and has forums of it's own. Really helpful, current, historical, and fun stuff as well. B |
The Site |
Written by GalwayGaelic. (09/01-2003) |
Good to see the site evolve. I've already posted a couple of additions. I'm sure that as time, knowledge and input accumulates, the site will continue to evolve. My guess is that it will become more categorized. In other words, you may have pages such as RELIGIOUS BIGOTRY, and it would provide accounts and blips of real-life examples. Maybe HUMAN RIGHTS could be another section. Some examples of what is happening over there that is directly against all the world-wide acknolwedged rights of human beings (the right not to be shot in the back when you are unarmed?)! Maybe in the QUOTE page, you may wind up breaking it down into categories of quotes... history, religion, military, invasion, economical, emigration, whatever. Remember, we're not looking to reinforce the existing knowledge of our current "membership" (though we'll take it). We're trying to inform the greater masses, trying to motivate their spirit and their involvement (be that the petition, or all other forms). Great momentum, keep it going Patrick! Brian |

Some things never change |

Hell, I'm back from my little errand. Gone for only a few days, and I see the filthy trash is blowing in through the door again. One of these mindless, arrogant son of a bitches actually was so stupid as to admit his status of all brawn, and no brain... "Typical, all knowledge, NO FIGHT EH KID!" Geeze, what a moron! You think he'd be a little ashamed. Whatever. These little cancer cells will ultimately amount to nothing. When my friends and I are through with our efforts at every level, their childish little taunting will have amounted to nothing. A pimple on an elephant's arse. It's good to be home again everyone! SAOIRSE!!!!!!!! The little bastards. Friends, don't get sucked in. Be way above it. Brian |

Well Dwayne, I see you found your two little sidekicks. Did you help them write their responses too? Youve been told before, When big people are talking, its not polite to interupt. You and your friends are really giving Ireland a bad name. You should just give up and move. How about Iraq? They could use brilliant strategists like you. Patrick |

Political Process |
Written by Inquiring Mind. (08/01-2003) |
I am writing this to become better informed of the political atmosphere in Ireland. Is Ireland a democratic country, where elections are held and the citizens of Ireland are given the right to vote and elect government officials? Is any part of Ireland considered part of the Brittish Commonwealth, thereby allowing the Brits access to the country of which they now occupy? If not, how has the world stood by and allowed this virtual "take-over" to occur? I state again, admittedly I am uninformed of the political powers at play here. If the Irish people are permitted the right of voting, how has it been possible for those elected into office to continue to accept Brittish occupation when it appears the majority of Ireland does not wish this to be so? Do these officials of keeping the "status quo" find this arrangement to be beneficial economically, politically, or culturally? Is it possible to politically reverse this trend, through the election of those who wish to see Ireland united and England out? It is not my intention to anger anyone, I only wish to understand how this has been allowed to continue unless those in the Irish government have given England some claim to Ireland. Could someone give me an abridged version of the political process in Ireland? Thanks! Unity & Freedom |

just can say that things are in the world for causes. Nothing comes from nothing right? ( i had a psicology exam today, so...). So think about IRA and why it started. Think about the cause which create this group and why it's today still alive. Britain did, so guess now the cause who created the cry of ur daughter that night and u'll know that the answer is u. |
