John Lennon and Paul McCartney where both born in Liverpool, England therefore I am somewhat confused as to the reason that they wrote the songs Bloody Sunday and Give Ireland Back to the Irish. Apart from the fact that the British were commiting -well that is what it would be classed as if it occured in any other nation- war crimes. These men must have some other motivation behind these songs other than highlighting the wrongdoings of their own country. I would be grateful to anyone who can shed some light on this matter. My own conclusion is that growing up in Liverpool with such surnames they must be second generation Irish men, does anyone know if this is the case.

Assuming you, Shadow, are a real person and not just Lancashire in one of his many phony aliases, you'll notice my reply was to "IRAbastard" who claims to be American. Thus, reference to "your troops" would be American troops, who, as you correctly pointed out, man the Guantanamo Bay compound named Camp X-Ray.
I wasn't suggesting X-ray is being run by the Brits, I was just interested in hearing "IRAbastard"'s view on concentration camps in general. Frankly, I don't even know where the hell you got the idea I though Guantanamo Bay is a Brit garrison. I have my facts straight.
