Me and my dad had to drown some in a bucket.
I know, sounds terrible Charlotte, but it had to be done, you can't have stray animals running around near cattle. Up in Gweedore where my Dad use to live, there use to be rabbits everywhere. But they were killed off by stray dogs and cats. Now there's none.
Stray dogs are worse, they chase and kill sheep.
I guess a city girl wouldn't understand...
Charlotte
Feb 3 2004, 01:48 PM
Sure but rabbits and mice and everything are bad for the fields and the cats kill them. I might be a city girl, but I know that in most cases the best thing to do is to let Mother Nature work her own way.
And next time you find kitties, send them to me rather than drowning the poor little things

hmmm, drowning is cruel, it takes long till the cats die...
Charlotte, maybe they wanted to hunt the Rabbits
by the way, what has this to do with alcoholic drinks

Fianna, a chara, did you have any drowning experience with lancashire terriers?
By a way:
- Dad, why, tell me why did you drown all of the kittens?!
- You see, son, it is better to cut their lives now before they become a stray cats... And you should understand - we can not afford to leave them in our house. And...
- No! No! I wanted to do it myself!!!

Why am I sometimes such a moron: I have practica the hole day, but yesterday I "went for beer for a wee moment". I returned home legless at 5.30 a.m.
Got up with a sour head, drunk a 2 liters water and went to school at 8.30 a.m.
Now I'm sitting here in a lab with a dry mouth, a banging head with a black hole in its memory... I will most possibly find out more about that tonight: I got a "cantus" with the student's club...
Bloody hell: qua drinking I bet Belgians and Irish could compete very well... That competing will be something for the future (not to long of course), eh Fianna, Noel, Chrisybhoy... Of course Charlotte can join And Patrick can send his cat over lol

Word games? Aren't YOU the one who started playing these word games? You said I am LAN because I have LAN at the beginning of my name (how mature), so I think you're Fionas because you have "Fi" at the beginning of your name. It works both ways.

Get a Pint
pour 2 wee shots of vodka in
2 wee shots of jack daniels
2 wee shots of rum
1 wee shot of aftershock
1/4 pint of tennents
some jam and fat
add a wee touch of Guinness and you got the Crazy Jawbreaker created by me and the lads....Take one drink and you have a sore jaw..remember that one.
Some of these ingredients may be different but do it along the lines of that if I can remember correctly for the full effect.

Hi everybody,
I don't drink very often, mainly because i'm always short of money and drinks are pretty expensive over here. Anyway, when I do drink, I love Guinness (even though it tastes better in Ireland, and i'm serious about it), and Vodka (Absolut Vodka, if possible) with Lemon :-), but never mix them... I get a very bad headache in the morning if I do.
Sometimes I may take some other kind of beer, but only if it's not me the one who pays and therefore chooses the drinks.
mmmm... talking about this on a monday evening leaves me anxious for the weekend

hmmm, Cocktails, I prefer the Tsunami Booster...
Ingredients
 2cl brown rum
 2cl white rum
---of course on a Synthohol basis----
 2 cl Cognac
 2 cl Scotch
 2 cl gin
Then fill up the glass with beer and plum juice.
As for the heavy metals, add palladium to taste.
The Booster gets really hard to swallow when it is seasoned with an ultrafine layer of cayenne pepper.
WARNING:
Do not drive after the consumption of a Tsunami Booster! No matter what ship!
