Dear Sirs,
In my collection of popular songs from all over the world I also have this beautiful Irish song The Rose OF Tralee. And I have its classical lyrics. But, recently, from the CD "Favourite Irish Drinking Songs" I've heared some different lyrics. In the first verse, it says:
If I ever go across the seа to Ireland
Well, maybe I could close me off my day
For to see again moon rise over ... (sorry, I don't understand the word)
or watch the sun go down on Galoway bay...
I'd like to know, who an when added those lyrics, and where I could find them completed.
Thank You very much!
Yours sincerely,
