Dia daoibh!
Demat deoc'h!
Hi!

Does anybody have some lyrics in bretonic language (Brezhoneg)?
Since I am trying to learn it, some lyrics would be helpful
(as Gaelic ones were for me while learning Irish...)

From artists like Alan Stivell, Dan ar braz, Tri yann, Moyland, etc...

Sln go fill...

I'm afraid no.
BUt as I have the CD, I had a look in the cover and it gives the translation of one sentence "Celle que j'aime est partie gagner son pain dans un pays lointain" ("The one I love is gone to earn her bread in a country far away", literally). I guess it gives an idea of the general meaning of the song.
But maybe Roidsear who is learning Brezhoneg might be able to translate it all for us? If you do not have the lyrics, I'll send them to you on private message as it is copyrighted).

hey, I downloaded me something from Alan Stivell

This song, "la branche hermine", is not from Alan Stivell, but from Gilles Servat (another famous breton singer)

Here is "Aet on" (it's breton language and english) :

Aet on 'tu all d'ar vuhez
Da heul ma hent evidon me
Ganeoc'h tud holl e joman
Breman ha da viken

Beauty of the things around here
To you a litle I would offer
The brightness of the light
But love you in mind only I can, only can I.

N'ouelit ket n'omp ket disrann
Emaon e C'Hwezh an Hollved
Heb aon na poan a-gevret
Bepred e vimp unvan

Beauty of the things around here
To you a Little I would offer
The brightness of the light
But love you in mind only I can, only can I

Kaer, kaer an trao dre aman
Deoc'h un tamm dioute 'ginnigfen
Sklaer, sklaer ar goulo dre-man
Nemet ho karout e c'hellan
