i might be mistaken, but i think that's "Sniper's Promise" not sure, if it's really them,but the version i have names the Wolfe Tones as artists...anybody else,correct be if necessary!

Yes, I do believe the song in question is most certainly "Sniper's Promise". There is an excellent version performed by Sean Murphy.
