Werewolf
Like 'em all, love more than a few, but if I had to pick my absolute all time favourite it'd be a close tie between "Boys of the Old Brigade" and "Broad Black Brimmer". Maybe Brimmer would win in the end, I love the idea of "father's room" where this old uniform is hanging.

"When men claim Ireland's freedom
the one they'll choose to lead them
will wear the broad black brimmer
of the I.R.A."

Mines would have to be 'The Dying Rebel' and 'The Smashing of the Van'
The dying rebel inspired me to go out and have Harp, Shamrock and Tricolour Tattoos and my Great Grandfather was involved in the smashing of the van at high street prison in Glasgow

Although as you say it is a hard choice, as almost all of them invoke emotions. For Example I love The fields of Athenrye but the 2001 CATB recording at the Barrowlands brings out goosebumps all over when the crowd sing it.

The Foggy Dew, as sung by The Fenians. The athmosphere is fuckin amazin.

And for sheer incitement of hatred and rioting, Follow Me Up To Carlow, as roared by Jim McCann. Fuck yeah!

So many though, hard to pick one, keeps changing with the mood.

Each time I hear a new Irish song, it is my favourite.

Yet, I did love The foggy dew and Danny boy (though you might not agree with that!), probably because of Sinead O'Conor's voice. I am also fond of the Ballad of Mairead Farrell (and so are you, Ryan, I know !), Black is the color and She moved through the fair.
These are amongst all those songs that striked me most, but there are hundred others.

Chucky Armagh
Tom Williams

He was hanged in Crumlin Road Gaol, at 19 years of age, showing no cowardice. When I hear that song my heart fills with pride.

Joe McDonnell

Beacause Brian Warfield wrote it just a couple of hours after Joe died.

Basically any song that celebrates the bravery of our patriots ...

Grace, Ballad of Bobby Sands, Aiden McAnespie.

And Come Out Ye Black and Tans (fight me like a man)

This Land is Your Land (from the Hills of Kerry to the Streets of Free Derry)

Gravity of love by Michael Cretu

Turn around and smell what you don't see
Close your eyes ... it is so clear
Here's the mirror, behind there is a screen
On both ways you can get in

Don't think twice before you listen to your heart
Follow the trace for a new start

What you need and everything you'll feel
Is just a question of the deal
In the eye of storm you'll see a lonely dove
The experience of survival is the key
To the gravity of love

The path of excess leads to
The tower of Wisdom
The path of excess leads to
The tower of Wisdom

Try to think about it ...
That's the chance to live your life and discover
What it is, what's the gravity of love

Look around just people, can you hear their voice
Find the one who'll guide you to the limits of your choice

But if you're in the eye of storm
Just think of the lonely dove
The experience of survival is the key
To the gravity of love.

And......

Push the limits by Michael Cretu

Basic instincts, social life
Paradoxes side by side

Don't submit to stupid rules
Be yourself and not a fool
Don't accept average habits
Open your heart and push the limits

Open your heart (echoes)
And push the limits (echoes)
