Does anyone have the lyrics and chords for a rebel tune called Diarmuid O'Neill?

Right Matt, here goes. This was written about 7/8(could be wrong, that's just a guess) years ago by myself and Colm(lead guitar player with Eire Og). The song is pretty self-explanatory.
