That's just over 10 years ago.

The face of Brit government ministers may have changed in that time, but nobody should think the people with influence in the military and "police" have changed with them.

Chances are the very people that ordered this killing, and the many other "shoot-to-kill" murders like it, are still in positions of influence and power.

Pearse was a much loved and much missed friend of mine. His parents are still fighting for an inquest into his death. They've yet to be officially informed (yes, this far on) of his death by the police.
