I'm just new here in this forum and when I try to navigate some part of it, I am getting an error as follows:

The error returned was:
You are not allowed to use the messenger feature on this board

The reason you are getting that error is because only certain users are allowed to use the in-board message sending facilities. If you are seeing this message in any other place than when trying to send a private message to a user, then that is a problem. But if it occurs when trying to send a message to other users, it is expected.
