First of all forgive me if i've done this wrong.. its first stab at using forum.. When I was young little tot 50 years ago. My father used to sing ..Shall my soul pass thru old ireland to me as a lullaby to send me to sleep. The thing is is that he used to sing the words "In a lonely Brixton prison" insted of "dreary british prison"" I wondered if anyone else has come across this take of it.. My dad was brought up in Cahir ,Tipp. If thats any help..
